Position: Sales Executive
Location: Camozee (Pvt) Ltd, No. 323, Galle Road, Bambalapitiya
Salary
* LKR 50,000 per month (starting salary)
Working Hours
* Male: Monday to Friday – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
* Female: Monday to Friday – 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
*Saturday – 9.30am to 3.00pm
Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our professional camera equipment showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for photography and technology, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers in selecting cameras, lenses, lighting, drones, and photography accessories.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
* Demonstrate product features and explain technical specifications.
* Maintain excellent customer relationships before and after sales.
* Achieve monthly sales targets.
* Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-presented.
* Process invoices, quotations, and customer orders accurately.
* Assist with stock handling, inventory checks, and product displays.
* Stay updated with the latest camera technology and new product launches.
* Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media professionally.
Requirements
* Previous experience in retail sales is an advantage.
* Interest or knowledge in photography, videography, or camera equipment is preferred.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fluency in Sinhala is required. English communication skills are an added advantage.

* කැමරා, ලෙන්ස්, ආලෝක උපකරණ, ඩ්රෝන් සහ අනෙකුත් ඡායාරූප හා වීඩියෝ උපකරණ පාරිභෝගිකයින්ට හඳුන්වා දීම හා අලෙවි කිරීම.
* පාරිභෝගික අවශ්යතාවයට ගැලපෙන නිෂ්පාදන නිර්දේශ කිරීම.
* නිෂ්පාදනවල විශේෂාංග සහ භාවිතය පැහැදිලි කිරීම.
* උසස් පාරිභෝගික සේවාවක් ලබා දීම.
* මාසික විකුණුම් ඉලක්ක සපුරා ගැනීම.
* ප්රදර්ශනාගාරය පිළිවෙලට හා ආකර්ෂණීයව පවත්වාගෙන යාම.
* බිල්පත්, ඇණවුම් සහ මිල ගණන් (Quotations) නිවැරදිව සකස් කිරීම.
* භාණ්ඩ තොග කළමනාකරණයට සහ ප්රදර්ශනයට සහාය වීම.
* නව කැමරා තාක්ෂණයන් සහ නිෂ්පාදන පිළිබඳ දැනුම යාවත්කාලීන කර ගැනීම.
* දුරකථන, WhatsApp, Email සහ Social Media හරහා පාරිභෝගික විමසීම් වෘත්තීයමය ලෙස හැසිරවීම.

* අලෙවි ක්ෂේත්රයේ පළපුරුද්දක් තිබීම අමතර වාසියකි.
* ඡායාරූපකරණය, වීඩියෝකරණය හෝ කැමරා උපකරණ පිළිබඳ උනන්දුවක් තිබීම වාසියකි.
* හොඳ සන්නිවේදන සහ පාරිභෝගික සේවා කුසලතා.
* ඉගෙන ගැනීමට කැමැත්ත සහ ධනාත්මක ආකල්පය.
* මූලික පරිගණක දැනුම.
* කණ්ඩායමක් සමඟ මෙන්ම ස්වාධීනවද වැඩ කිරීමේ හැකියාව.
* සිංහල භාෂාව හොඳින් දැන සිටීම අනිවාර්ය වේ. ඉංග්රීසි දැනුම අමතර වාසියකි.
