About the Role

The Assistant Student Manager plays a key role in managing student inquiries, guiding prospective students, and supporting the overall admissions and marketing functions at Career Campus. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, fluent in English, and passionate about helping students build successful career pathways.

Key Responsibilities

Student Engagement & Communication

Respond to all student and parent inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, email, and SMS

Conduct follow-ups to convert inquiries into registrations

Explain Career Campus programs, pathways, and job opportunities clearly

Admissions & Recruitment Support

Assist with student recruitment and enrollment processing

Guide students through registration forms and documentation

Maintain accurate and updated student records

Event & Session Support

Support information sessions, open days, school visits, and campus tours

Coordinate event logistics and assist with registration processes

Engage with attendees and present information when required

Administrative Duties

Update daily activity reports and lead-tracking systems

Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth operations

Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and general office tasks
