Carmart is expanding our sales team and we are looking for a dynamic ‘Sales Executive’ to join us at our Union Place, Colombo 02 showroom.

“Key Responsibilities”
– Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
– Understand customer needs and recommend suitable passenger vehicles
– Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while contributing to overall team success
– Stay updated on automotive industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings
“Required Skills & Experience”
– Minimum 3 years of proven experience in passenger car sales or customer care within the automotive/hospitality industry
– Prior experience in selling passenger cars is essential
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Strong customer service orientation with a target-driven mindset
– Proficiency in English is required
