Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our plantation investment plans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential investors, presenting our plantation projects, and building strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote the company’s plantation investment opportunities to potential clients and investors.
Identify, approach, and engage new leads through various channels.
Conduct presentations and meetings to explain investment benefits and returns.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in investment, real estate, or agriculture sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Location: Panadura
Salary: Attractive package with commissions based on performance.
