Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dehiwala for a Student Counsellor – Sales & Marketing. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as student recruitment, promoting educational programs, building relationships with potential students, and providing information about the college and its offerings.

 

Requirements

Sales, Marketing, and Communication skills
Experience in student recruitment or sales roles
Customer service and Relationship building skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of higher education practices and admissions processes
Ability to conduct outreach activities and promote educational programs
Previous experience in an educational institution is a plus

 

Qualifications

Minimum Higher Diploma (HND) or equivalent qualification is a must,

Bachelors Degree will be an added advantage
