Key responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents and professionally handle incoming enquiries.
• Provide clear and accurate information about upcoming diploma programmes, entry requirements, schedules and the enrolment process.
• Follow up with interested students and support them through registration and admission.
• Maintain accurate call and follow-up records while working towards agreed enrolment targets.
What we are looking for
• Confident telephone manner with strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to explain information clearly, respond to questions and handle calls patiently.
• Target-oriented, reliable and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Availability to work on both weekdays and weekends according to the assigned roster.
EARNING POTENTIAL: Your total earnings will include a fixed basic salary plus incentives based on the number of successful student enrolments secured by you, when you are working from office.
