About the Role:
We are hiring a Machine Operator with hands-on experience in operating cheese processing or packaging machines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of food safety standards and production line operations in the dairy or FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor cheese processing or packaging machinery
Set up machines before production starts and perform basic troubleshooting
Ensure smooth, safe, and hygienic operation of equipment
Maintain records of production output, downtime, and machine performance
Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety standards
Clean and sanitize machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Requirements:
ITI / Diploma or relevant technical qualification
1–3 years of experience operating cheese machines or other food processing equipment
Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP, FSSAI, etc.)
Ability to work in shifts and follow SOPs accurately
