About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive with at least 2 years of experience, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, supplier negotiations, and ensuring timely delivery of quality goods at competitive prices.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and negotiate with vendors to obtain the best value without compromising quality.
Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier relationships.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvements.
Collaborate with supply chain, production, and finance teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of procurement experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
