Overview
A newly launched boutique wellness resort on the peaceful shores of Koggala Lake,featuring 8 thoughtfully designed rooms, a restaurant and bar, pool, sauna, and ice bath. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Resort Manager to lead daily operations and support the development of the property from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations across hotel, restaurant/bar, wellness area, pool, and guest services
Lead, train, and supervise a small team across departments
Ensure a consistently high level of guest experience and service quality
Manage reservations, occupancy, guest relations, and reporting
Work closely with the kitchen and wellness teams to ensure service flow
Maintain property cleanliness, safety, and maintenance
Develop unique guest experiences aligned with our wellness philosophy
Contribute innovative ideas for improving services and offerings
Requirements
2+ years in boutique hotel or resort management
Strong understanding of hotel operations (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping)
Fluent in English & Sinhala (additional languages are a plus)
