About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in warehouse management, team supervision, and inventory control — preferably within the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and activities
Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse
Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to SOPs
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales departments
Prepare daily/weekly reports for management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations
FMCG or high-volume warehouse experience is a strong advantage
Good knowledge of inventory software/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
