CoreLanka Industries is seeking a Client Relations & Operations Executive to support our daily operations and client coordination activities. This role is ideal for a responsible, organized, and customer-focused professional with experience in office administration and CRM-based work.
Key Responsibilities
•Handle client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
•Prepare invoices, quotations, and basic documentation
•Coordinate daily client follow-ups and service schedules
•Answer and manage incoming calls efficiently
•Maintain and update customer records using CRM systems
•Support management with day-to-day office coordination tasks
Candidate Profile
•Female candidates aged 30 years or above
•Good GCE O/L and GCE A/L results
•Minimum 1 year experience in office administration or coordination
•Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala
•Good computer literacy (MS Office, email, basic systems)
•Ability to multitask and work under pressure
•Candidates residing near Homagama will be given preference
