Position: Cafe Store Manager Salary: LKR 100,000/month Working Schedule: 6 days/week – 1 day off per week Location: Colombo 04 Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of Cún Cafe. Ensure drinks and food are prepared according to Cún Cafe standards. Monitor inventory, ingredients and daily stock usage. Maintain cleanliness, customer service and store presentation. Support staff training and continuously improve store efficiency. Requirements Previous experience in café, restaurant, retail or F&B management preferred. Responsible, honest and reliable. Good leadership and communication skills. Able to manage staff independently and solve problems. Basic English communication skills.
