We’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales and Marketing Agent who can respond to customer inquiries, build strong relationships and convert opportunities into sales.
Location: Kandy (Remote Work) | Employment Type: Full Time / Part Time (Salary or Commission Based)
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
Understand client needs and present the right solutions.
Promote and sell our software, ICT services, and digital products.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion into confirmed sales.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in IT, software or digital services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build trust and long term client relationships.
Self motivated, target driven and comfortable working remotely.
