Vacancy for the Post of Retail Manager – Maldives
Experience :
*Looking for candidates with experience in managing supermarkets or food retail chains, including multiple mini-marts / outlets
*Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in supply chain
Requirements :
*Strong organization and leadership skills
*Excellent written and spoken English
*Proficiency in MS Office
*Thorough knowledge of retail POS systems and strong commercial awareness
*Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis
*Excellent skills in the area of sales and marketing
*Experience in managing multiple retail outlets
Job Description :
*Oversee daily retail operations of Seagull Foods and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
*Develop annual sales plans and coordinate execution with the team.
*Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
*Align retail policies with company strategy to ensure operational efficiency.
*Collaborate with the MD and Marketing Manager on sales and promotional activities.
*Lead and motivate staff to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
*Analyze market trends and adjust retail strategies accordingly.

Work Location: Malé & Hulhumale, Maldives
Working Hours: 8hrs plus on call
Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 day off
