We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman to join our dynamic construction team. You will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models to support our building and infrastructure projects.
Role : Draughtsman
Gender : Open to both Male & Female candidates
Availability : Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
✓ Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using CAD software.
✓ Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers.
✓ Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.
✓Conduct site visits to gather precise dimensions and site data.
✓ Ensure all technical drawings comply with local building codes and standards.
Requirements & Qualifications :
✓ NVQ Level 4/5 or Diploma in Drafting / Civil Engineering / Architecture from a recognized institute.
✓ Minimum [උදා: 2-3] years of experience as a Draftsman in the construction industry.
✓ Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit / 3D Modeling skills will be an added advantage).
✓ Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
✓ High attention to detail and good communication skills.
