Overview
Dogs of Ella is looking for a motivated and creative CSR & Publicity Coordinator to support the organization’s communication, visibility, and partnership activities. The role combines social media support, community outreach, fundraising coordination, and creative storytelling to help raise awareness for animal welfare and strengthen Dogs of Ella’s mission.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, relationship-building, and working in a meaningful, purpose-driven environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Support communication and awareness activities representing Dogs of Ella professionally and positively
- Assist in maintaining and developing social media presence
- Create and coordinate content such as updates, rescue stories, campaigns, summaries, and photos
- Identify and develop local or online collaborations and partnerships
- Support fundraising and sponsorship initiatives
- Maintain basic records of outreach and communication activities
- Assist with additional administrative and coordination tasks when needed

Working Environment
This is a flexible role within a dynamic animal welfare organization. As shelter operations run daily, responsibilities may vary depending on current priorities and projects. The position is designed to grow and adapt together with the organization’s development.
