About the Role
We are looking for someone who can build and manage automated sales and appointment booking systems using GoHighLevel (GHL).
Your goal will be to:
Increase booked appointments
Respond to leads quickly (speed-to-lead)
Automate follow-ups (SMS, email, etc.)
Reduce manual work for the sales team
Improve appointment show-up rates
Main Responsibilities
Build sales funnels in GoHighLevel
Create automated SMS and email sequences
Set up appointment booking workflows
Build follow-up systems for new and old leads
Integrate tools using Zapier, Make, or APIs
Use AI tools (like ChatGPT/OpenAI) in workflows
Track performance and improve conversion rates
Required Skills
Strong experience with GoHighLevel (advanced level)
Experience building automation workflows
Knowledge of SMS & email marketing automation
Experience with Zapier, Make, or API integrations
Understanding of sales funnels and appointment setting
Basic understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT
