Overview

Duties:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee the administration of company policies and procedures ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Manage the payroll process and ensure compliance with payroll regulations and accurate record keeping.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Manage general administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to contribute to the smooth operation of the company.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years’ experience in Human Resources field is highly preferred. Candidates with less experience will be considered as well.
  • Fluent in English or Chinese are required.
  • Prior experience in handling overseas visas and employment contracts.
  • Knowledgeable in Sri Lanka labour Laws is an added advantage.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
