Overview

We are looking for a highly competent, experienced, and result-oriented General Manager to lead and manage our production operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

Maximum age limit: 55 years
Minimum 15 years of proven experience in garment or textile industry
Extensive expertise in fabric cutting, stitching, and packing operations
Complete understanding of stitching procedures, production planning, and workflow management
Strong knowledge of different types of fabrics, material behavior, and quality standards
Well conversant with internal compliance procedures, factory policies, and operational controls
Ability to supervise large teams, maintain discipline, and ensure timely production
Capable of improving productivity, quality, and efficiency
