Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all fabric cutting, stitching, and packing operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and on time.
Ensure complete adherence to stitching procedures and maintain high-quality standards across all production stages.
Supervise and lead production teams, ensuring proper workflow, discipline, and performance management.
Monitor and enforce internal compliance procedures and company policies within the production department.
Maintain knowledge of fabrics and materials, ensuring proper handling and optimal usage to minimize waste.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth production operations.
Job Specification:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Operation Management/ Industrial or Textile Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in garment/textile industry.
Ability to manage production teams efficiently and ensure quality standards
Sound knowledge of fabrics and materials
Maximum age: 45 years.
