Overview

Job Duties:

• Lead and manage architectural design development for high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, layouts, details, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade, landscape, and other specialist consultants.
• Manage design coordination and resolve technical and architectural design issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable building regulations, codes, standards, and authority requirements.
• Oversee BIM-based design coordination and review architectural models and drawings using Revit and other relevant software, where applicable.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor design progress, deliverables, project schedules, and submission deadlines.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, technical proposals, and construction-stage design queries.
• Conduct design reviews and quality checks to ensure design intent, technical accuracy, and consistency.
• Support project delivery from concept design and detailed design through tender, construction, and project completion.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Professional registration or chartered status, where applicable.
• Relevant experience as a Senior Architect, Project Architect, Senior Project Architect, or Lead Architect.
• Demonstrated experience in high-rise buildings, residential or commercial towers, or large-scale developments.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, detailing, construction documentation, and building regulations.
• Experience in multidisciplinary consultant coordination and project delivery.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and other relevant architectural design software.
• Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
