Key Responsibilities
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through meetings, research, and data analysis
• Work closely with teams (HR, IT, Marketing, Operations) to understand workflows and identify improvement areas
• Support in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients
• Analyze market trends and internal data to offer actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects and help streamline communication
• Create and maintain documentation including business process models, requirement specifications, and user guides
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, team discussions, and client meetings where necessary

Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, IT, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
