The company involved in project management and construction work locally and internationally, is looking for an Accounts and Admin Executive to manage financial transactions, bookkeeping, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting & Finance:
- Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking.
- Process payroll, tax filings, and other statutory requirements.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Administrative Duties:
- Oversee office operations, procurement, and inventory management.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and office supplies.
- Assist with HR tasks such as employee records, attendance, and recruitment support.
- Ensure company policies and compliance with government regulations.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,/ Chartered or AAT intermediate Qulification
- Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting and administration roles.
- Skills:
- Ability to work with accounting softwares
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Knowledge of local tax laws and compliance
