Key Responsibilities

  • Reach and exceed monthly sales target by:
  • Regularly following up on inbound leads and sales inquiries.
  • Pitching clients and customers to decide, buy and use the company’s
    products.
  • Generating referral business by mining existing clientele.
  • Handling existing dealer points and developing dealer points.
  • Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact phase till closure.
  • Respond to customer/client inquiries, suggestions, complaints and other
    details.
  • Serve as point of contact for customers and answer their service related
    queries in person and on the phone.
  • Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects,
    partners and clients.

Requirements

  • Require to possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent presentation and communication skills with
    good command in English and Sinhala. Tamil would be an added benefit.
  • A degree or an equivalent qualification (CIM/SLIM) in Sales & Marketing will be an
    added advantage.
  • Basic IT skills are a must (Email, Internet, MS Office, etc.)
  • Require to have a valid driving and riding license.
  • Team player with a pleasing personality.
