CATEGORY MANAGER
Role Profile:
Develop and execute category startegeis to drive growth within assigned product categories. This involves analyzing market trends, consumer behaviuor,, and competitor activities.
Achieve consistent, topline, bootom-line and competitive growth in the assigned categories.
Utilize consumer insights and feedback to continuously improve products and markieting strategies.
Manage the entire product portfolio within your category, including new product launches, product lifecycle management, and SKU rationalization.
Conduct market research, analyse data, and derive insights to identify oopurtunities for growth and improvement of the category.
Develop promotional plans and pricing strategies to optimize sales and profitability within the category.
Work closely with sales, supply chain and other department to ensure alignment and successful execution of category strategies.
Personal Profile
SLIM/CIM/CIMA or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related discipline
4-5 years experience managing brands in a reputed organization
Experience in a FMCG industry would be an added advantage
Ability to provide creative and innovative ideas
Strategic thinking and team working
Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills.
