Engineering Manager (MEP & Building Services)

Overall responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day MEP operations, Management and Maintenance of the high-rise Office Tower and shopping mall(predominantly Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing services) including Safety, tenancy design coordination works, Car Park, and other works required for the general upkeep of the Commercial complex.

Planning, executing and coordinating sound MEP Operational programs in accordance with established policies and procedures while maintaining compliance and annual budget.

Preparing annual budget (Operational & capital expenditure).

Preparing monthly Operational analysis and Management reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage)
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in MEP operations and Building Services preferably in high rise commercial buildings, office towers or shopping malls
  • Strong hands on experience in managing MEP systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection systems, ELV, BMS and telecommunication systems.
  • Proven experience in teams leadership and supervisions of multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
