Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Technology, Business or related; MBA preferred.
12+ years progressive supply‑chain experience with ≥ 5 years at senior leadership; strong FMCG/perishables background.
Proven experience commercialising 3PM/3PL services, managing international sourcing/manufacturing and export/trading operations.
Experience implementing ERP/SCM, TMS/WMS, IoT and AI/ML initiatives.
