  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CIA, or CIMA are mandatory/preferred.
  • Professional certifications in Audit and Risk Management.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in internal auditing with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in the FMCG, Dairy, or Manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in audit tools, methodologies, and ERP systems.
