Head of Sales/ AGM – Sales and Marketing

This position requires the candidate to do sales visits and customer coverage physically, in addition to overlooking the whole sales cadre. We require a candidate that has an engineering background and has done sales of technical products with corporate customers.
Head of Sales – General
200,000 – 350,000(Basic) + Sales Incentives + Other Perks
AGM -Sales and Marketing
250,000 – 400,000 (Basic) + Sales Incentives + Other Perks
Key Responsibilities
Lead all the sales divisions to achieve set targets and drive the company’s growth.
Manage working capital within set limits.
Optimize the sales funnel and conversion rates.
Initiate and oversee marketing and promotional campaigns.
Analyze sales data and present findings to the top management.
Identify new opportunities for product and service expansion.
Perform market and competitor analysis to stay ahead.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Engineering/ Management/ Marketing or an equivalent qualification, with a minimum 10 years of experience in engineering product sales, including at least 3 years experience in a managerial role.
MBA in Engineering Management/ Management/ Marketing or similar field will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and optimizing sales funnels
