Position Overview

  • We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Intern to join our dynamic remote team for a six-month industrial training program. The selected candidate will play a key role in providing technical assistance, maintaining our digital platforms, managing website updates, assisting with social media coordination, and supporting administrative and HR recruitment activities.
  • This internship provides hands-on experience in IT support operations, digital coordination, and professional administrative functions within a corporate recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide basic IT troubleshooting support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues faced by remote staff.
  • Assist in maintaining smooth operation of digital systems and company tools.
  • Support team members in resolving minor technical issues related to devices, emails, or applications.

Website Management

  • Regularly update and maintain the company website under supervision.
  • Ensure web content accuracy and functionality.
  • Coordinate with the digital team for minor website improvements and fixes.

Social Media & Digital Support

  • Assist in managing and updating company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Support the marketing and HR teams by ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
  • Help track engagement and performance analytics of social media posts.

Administrative Assistance

  • Support the overall administrative functions of the organization including file management, data entry, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Prepare reports, maintain digital records, and assist in documentation processes.
  • Assist in editing, formatting, and organizing candidate CVs before submission to clients.

HR Recruitment Assistance

  • Support the HR team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
  • Manage applicant tracking databases and assist in interview coordination.
  • Help in maintaining candidate communication and follow-ups during the recruitment process.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) will be an advantage.
  • Understanding of social media tools and basic digital content management.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
