Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging concepts, ideas, and copy for social media posts.
  • Ensure continuous, consistent activity on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and
    Linkedin.
  • Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns for the division.
  • Maintain and update marketing collateral (company profiles, product
    catalogues, brochures, leaflets, pullups, stickers, etc.).
  • Collaborate with videographers and graphic designers to finalize visuals and
    videos.
  • Liaise with printers to meet all print requirements on time.
  • Develop innovative strategies to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Work closely with the sales team to generate and nurture leads.

Requirements

  • Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on marketing experience, especially in content creation
    and digital marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent presentation and communication
    skills with good command in English and Sinhala. Tamil would be an added
    benefit.
  • Proficiency in Canva (or similar quick design tools) is a distinct added
    advantage.
  • Collaborative mindset with a drive for creativity and innovation.
  • A valid driving or riding license (car/ bike) would be an added benefit.
