Experience is an additional advantage for the Sales Officer role, but is not a must. However, for the Executive Sales positions, we are flexible and do not strictly follow a minimum number of years of work experience.
Officer level -General
50,000 – 70,000
Executive Levels – General
70,000 – 100,000 (Basic) + Sales Incentive + Other Perks
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the full range of Material handling equipment and warehouse equipment.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their need and provide tailored solutions
Conduct product demonstration, presentations and provide technical advice on equipment specifications.
Prepare and deliver quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and manage post-sale support.
Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to stay ahead of the competition
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
Proven sales experience in forklifts, racking systems, or material handling equipment & Warehouse Management Solutions
Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and communication skills in both Sinhala and English Languages.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Should possess a valid riding license. (Company motor bike will be provided)
