Key Responsibilities

  • Reach and exceed monthly sales target by:
  • Regularly following up on inbound leads and sales inquiries
  • Pitching clients and customers to decide, buy and use the company’s
    products
  • Generating referral business by mining existing clientele
  • Handling existing dealer points and developing dealer points.
  • Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact phase till closure
  • Respond to customer/client inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and other
    details
  • Serve as point of contact for customers and answer their service-related
    queries in person and on the phone
  • Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects,
    partners, and clients

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing/ Business Management/ Business Administration/ Product
    development or an equivalent qualification (CIM/SLIM) in Sales & Marketing will
    be an added advantage.
  • Strong inter-personal skills and excellent presentation and communication skills with
    good command in English and Sinhala. Tamil would be an added benefit.
  • Having previous sales and marketing experience in a similar industry will be an
    added advantage.
  • Basic IT skills are a must (Email, Internet, MS-Office, etc.)
  • Require to have a valid driving and riding license
