Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Associate to join our BPO team in Kohuwala. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to work during US working hours. The role involves handling customer interactions, providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a high standard of service.
Qualifications & Requirements
Good verbal communication skills in English with a clear and professional telephone manner.
Ability to work US working hours (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM) and handle night shifts.
Customer-service oriented with good listening and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Previous call center or customer service experience will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a professional and courteous telephone manner at all times.
Listen carefully to customers and identify their needs.
Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate them to the relevant team when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and required follow-ups.
Follow company procedures, service standards, and communication guidelines.
Work effectively during US working hours and meet assigned performance targets.
Contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience and high level of customer satisfaction.
