We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive business growth within the cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing distributor and dealer networks, achieving sales targets, and strengthening the company’s market presence. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Manage and expand dealer, distributor, and retail networks within the assigned territory.
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for market growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.
Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand representation in the market.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales or Area Sales Management.
Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage dealer/distributor networks.
Excellent organizational and relationship management skills.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
