Assistant Manager – HR Operations

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Supervise recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, leave administration, and performance management processes.
Provide guidance and support to HR team members while ensuring efficient HR service delivery.
Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws and statutory requirements.
Handle employee disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution.
Prepare HR reports, maintain employee records, and support management with HR planning and decision-making.
Drive HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
5–7 years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or Assistant Manager-level HR role.
Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while effectively managing HR operations.
