Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil engineering and construction projects.
Prepare, review, and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
Identify technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions.

Key Requirements
✔ Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or related projects.
✔ Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering practices.
✔ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
✔ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
✔ Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
