We are looking for a proactive and energetic Executive – HR Operations to join our dynamic HR team. If you are passionate about recruitment and HR operations and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely hiring.
Support day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and other HR administrative functions.
Maintain recruitment databases and prepare recruitment reports.
Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and procedures.
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
Requirements:
Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
Sales & Marketing experience will be an added advantage.
Experience in technical hiring will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
A valid riding license with an own motorcycle is mandatory.
