We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Real Estate & Property Management Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing property operations, coordinating tenant and guest requirements, managing property listings, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in property management, hospitality, or real estate who possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily property operations and ensure properties are well-maintained.
Coordinate tenant, guest, and client inquiries in a professional manner.
Handle property listings, bookings, and occupancy management.
Liaise with property owners, service providers, and maintenance teams.
Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards.
Resolve customer concerns and operational issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to property management.
Support business development activities and contribute to improving customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, Airbnb management, property management, customer service, or real estate is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and digital communication tools.
