Are you passionate about talent acquisition and connecting the right people with the right opportunities? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our growing HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate selections.
Publish job advertisements across various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate recruitment records.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely recruitment updates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Support employer branding and other HR recruitment initiatives.
Requirements:
Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Sales & Marketing experience will be an added advantage.
Experience in technical hiring will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment assignments.
