Are you an experienced operations leader with a passion for agriculture and dairy procurement? Join our team as a Regional Manager – Milk Procurement and play a key role in driving operational excellence, strengthening farmer relationships, and expanding our milk collection network across the Central Region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day milk procurement operations across the Central Region and provide guidance to regional field teams.
Improve productivity, milk collection performance, and overall operational efficiency.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dairy farmers and regional stakeholders.
Drive sustainable growth in milk collection volumes and supplier networks.
Analyze operational performance data, resolve challenges, and support informed decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Dairy Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in regional operations, including managerial responsibilities.
Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong decision-making and communication skills.
Ability to work closely with field teams and farming communities.
Experience in the dairy or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
