ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with sales experience in Interior design & Fittings related building material solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing dealer networks, and managing key customer relationships within the construction and interior finishing sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies for building material sales.
* Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network across assigned regions.
* Identify new market opportunities and establish strong business relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and project consultants.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, product availability, and customer satisfaction.
* Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales manager capacity in building material sales.
* Strong industry network and understanding of the construction sector.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and travel as required.
* Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
