Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Payroll & HR System Administration to manage payroll operations, HRIS administration, and statutory compliance activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining employee records, supporting HR systems, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth payroll and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Maintain and update employee information within the HRIS system.
Handle EPF, ETF, PAYE, and other statutory payments and submissions.
Prepare payroll reports, analytics, and documentation for management and audit purposes.
Coordinate with the Finance Department on payroll reconciliations and related matters.
Manage attendance, leave records, and ensure seamless integration with payroll systems.
Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and employee information.
Support HRIS system upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll regulations, and company policies.
Assist in improving payroll and HR administrative processes.

Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional qualification in Payroll Management or HRIS Administration will be an added advantage.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in payroll processing with hands-on HRIS experience.
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, statutory compliance, and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/HRIS software.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
