Overview

We are seeking a Senior HR Executive (Male) to join a leading manufacturing organization based in Nattandiya. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in human resource management, employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Male candidate with 5+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.

Degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

CIPM qualification/diploma will be an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.

Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR-related systems.

Candidates residing in or around Nattandiya, Marawila, Kuliyapitiya, or nearby areas are preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration.

Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee documentation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and other HR-related records.

Support payroll and employee benefit administration.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues in accordance with company policies.

Coordinate performance management and employee evaluations.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company regulations.

Prepare HR reports and provide relevant information to management.

Support management in maintaining a positive and productive workplace environment.
