Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient web applications using PHP (Laravel framework).
Build and integrate RESTful APIs with authentication and performance optimization.
Design and optimize MySQL database schemas and queries.
Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis when required.
Collaborate with team members to define architecture, implement features, and resolve technical issues.
Participate in CI/CD pipeline development, version control (Git), and server-side deployment.
Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and reliability across applications.
Work closely with front-end teams using React.js / Next.js for seamless integration.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in web application development.
Proficiency in PHP (Laravel), API integration, and performance tuning.
Strong understanding of MySQL (schema design and optimization).
Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
Experience with Git, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to server-side deployment and application architecture.
Knowledge of React.js / Next.js will be an added advantage.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
