Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage accounting functions in our company.
Responsibilities:
— Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations
— Prepare and process invoices for clients and subcontractors
— Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and payments
— Reconcile bank statements and petty cash accounts
— Handle tax-related documentation and statutory payments
— Prepare financial reports for management
— Perform other finance and admin tasks as assigned
Requirements:
— Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
— Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably in construction or a project-based environment
— Proficiency in accounting software
— Ability to work under pressure
— Good communication and interpersonal skills
