Overview
Location: Colombo 3
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities, estimates, and cost plans
- Measure quantities from drawings and site visits
- Support in evaluating and comparing subcontractor quotations
- Keep accurate records of work progress and financial performance
- Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors as required
- Assist in preparing cost reports and project updates
Qualifications:
- Completed or following a diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an interior design company
- Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in MS Office and QS software (e.g., AutoCAD)
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and meet deadlines
