Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the executive team.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
