Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain an organized filing system.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in managing office supplies and equipment.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the executive team.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
