We are looking for a Female Call Center Executive to join our team at a private campus. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle calls efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Provide accurate information about campus services and programs
Make outbound calls when required
Maintain call records and update databases
Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
Coordinate with different departments when necessary
Requirements:Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Polite, confident, and customer-focused personality
Previous call center experience is a plus
