Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Colombo for a Junior Executive / Senior Executive – Bancassurance. The role entails achieving business targets by promoting and selling insurance solutions in partnership with designated bank branches. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, collaborating with banking staff to identify potential clients, understanding customer needs and providing suitable insurance products. The role also involves maintaining updates on industry trends and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong sales, marketing experience
    Ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Basic proficiency in customer service and client-focused approaches
  • Teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate with stakeholders
    Prior experience in insurance or banking will be an advantage
  • A relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
